NFL Week 10 teams on bye: Atlanta Falcons, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets

Several intriguing games on the slate this week in the NFL. We get to see the Kyler Murray vs. Josh Allen duel. The Buccaneers look to get back on track against the Panthers. The banged up 49ers try to cling onto the playoff aspirations with a matchup against the Saints. Dalvin Cook looks to continue his insane hot streak against the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football. Can the Steelers remain unbeaten against the Bengals? I will provide my predictions and more for this week in the NFL.

As always, this is a weekly article where I give my predictions and analysis for the upcoming week as well as the spreads that I will be choosing. So without further ado, let's dive right into some spreads and predictions.

NFL Week 10 Predictions coming your way.

NFL Week 10 Predictions

Colts at Titans (-1.5)

Pick: Titans -1.5

Score: Titans 24 – Colts 20

Analysis: The Titans and more importantly, the Titans defense has looked better of late. This is a big AFC South Divisonal game and I expect the home team to prevail. Philip Rivers is not known for winning big games, and this is another one of that nature. We saw Rivers tank last week against the Ravens and it will be much of the same in this matchup. Give me the Titans in what will be a close matchup because the Colts defense is so good.

Texans at Browns (-3)

Pick: Texans+3

Score: Texans 30 – Browns 28

Analysis: The Browns sputtered into their bye, losing an ugly, windy game to the Raiders. This Texans team is not great but this game likely comes down to Deshaun Watson vs. Baker Mayfield, and I have much more faith in Watson. The Browns lost OBJ, and will struggle offensively. The Browns could be getting Nick Chubb back this week but that won't be the cure they are hoping for. Deshaun Watson and his Texans will light up the Browns porous secondary and win a high scoring affair.

NFL Week 10 Picks Continued…

Eagles (-3.5) at Giants

Pick: Giants+3.5

Score: Giants 21 – Eagles 17

Analysis: If the Eagles were to win this game, they could potentially pull away with the division. Unfortunately, that is not allowed. The NFC East is a clown show and it will remain that the rest of the year. The Giants have played inspired football of late. Their defense especially. They nearly pulled off an upset against the Buccaneers which doesn't look as impressive now as it did last week. Carson Wentz vs Daniel Jones will be a game of turnovers. If you like clean football, you won't find that here.

Buccaneers (-4.5) at Panthers

Pick: Buccaneers-4.5

Score: Buccaneers 27 – Panthers 21

Analysis: The Buccaneers desperately need to bounce back after last week's embarrassment on Sunday Night Football. I am not going to bet against Tom Brady. Even though Christian McCaffrey returned last week, he now enters with another injury. The Panthers could be without him which will certainly increase this spread. He is the life of the Panthers offense. This Bucs defense was just exposed and they will want to come out and play well. Buccaneers cover and win.

NFL Week 10 Predictions

Washington at Lions (-4)

Pick: Washington +4

Score: Washington 20 – Lions 17

Analysis: This game has a lot of question marks. Stafford should be healthy and ready to go but the Lions are all sorts of banged up on offense. Washington now has to turn to Alex Smith, the likely Comeback Player of the Year, to run their offense but I think they can get this done on the road. This will be an ugly, defensive game but the Washington Football Team wins it on a late field goal.

Bengals at Steelers (-6.5)

Pick: Bengals+6.5

Score: Bengals 28 – Steelers 24

Analysis: Upset pick of the week. The Bengals stroll into Heinz Field and knock off the unbeaten Steelers. Why? Because it is the NFL. The Bengals entered their bye off a dominating win against the Titans. The Steelers haven't looked great recently, barely beating the Cowboys. The Bengals should see the return of Joe Mixon and Joe Burrow likely has improved during their bye week. Not to mention that Big Ben may not play this game due to injuries/COVID-19 list. We all see how bad the Steelers offense was without Big Ben last year. Take the Bengals and the points and maybe they pull off the upset.

NFL Week 10 Predictions Continued…

Jaguars at Packers (-13.5)

Pick: Jaguars+13.5

Score: Packers 31 – Jaguars 21

Analysis:Jake Luton impressed me last weekend against the Packers. I feel like the Packers will jump out to a quick and early 21-0 lead but the Jaguars will climb back into it and backdoor the spread. The Packers just aren't the team to cover large spreads in back to back weeks. After blowing out the 49ers last week, the Packers are due for a let down performance against the hapless Jaguars in Week 10.

Bills at Cardinals (-2)

Pick: Cardinals-2

Score: Cardinals 31 – Bills 27

Analysis: This is one of the more exciting games in NFL Week 10. Kyler Murray vs. Josh Allen will be quite the show, but the Cardinals will come out on top when it is all said and done. I am not sold on Allen being an elite QB just yet. Kyler Murray is on pace for a record breaking season. The Bills defense is not all that good and now they have to travel across the USA to play in Arizona. I like the Cardinals in a shootout. In the end, the Cardinals need this game to keep pace with the rest of their division more than the Bills need it.

NFL Week 10 Picks Continued…

Broncos at Raiders (-5.5)

Pick: Broncos+5.5

Score: Raiders 24 – Broncos 21

Analysis: The Raiders are not capable of covering a 5.5 spread, they just aren't. The Broncos aren't the best team but Broncos-Raiders games are always close. Both teams play inspired and it turns into a grind it out kind of game. I do believe that the Raiders will win the game, but that will be on a late field goal to win by 3. The Raiders are just the better, more talented team at this point in the NFL Season.

Chargers at Dolphins (-2.5)

Pick: Dolphins -2.5

Score: Dolphins 30 – Chargers 24

Analysis: Over the last several weeks, the Dolphins have looked legit. Tua has been impressive through two weeks and they continue to win. The Dolphins have emerged as the only true threat to the Buffalo Bills in the AFC East. The Chargers just can't buy themselves a win, and it won't happen this week in Miami. Herbert has looked awesome this year, but the Dolphins are the more complete team and will get the job done at home. Typically, West Teams struggle when they travel across the country to Miami and this game will be no different.

NFL Week 10 Predictions

49ers at Saints (-9.5)

Pick: Saints-9.5

Score: Saints 30 – 49ers 14

Analysis: Drew Brees and the Saints dominated the Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football and that is what has increased this spread drastically. With the return of Michael Thomas, the Saints offense will look to get up to speed for a playoff run. This game won't be particularly close. The 49ers have far too many injuries to compete with this talented Saints roster. The 49ers are one of the best coached teams in the NFL, but that will only take them so far. Saints win big.

Seahawks at Rams (-2)

Pick: Seahawks+2

Score: Seahawks 31 – Rams 30

Steelers Vs Browns Favored

Analysis: I simply am not betting on Russell Wilson to lose in back to back weeks. They have struggled as of late, but they also seem to pull it out against the Rams. There have been several games in recent memory on primetime TV where Jared Goff and the Rams have the chance to close out the Seahawks in a close game, but they can't get it done. Wilson drives the field in the closing seconds and wins by the smallest of margins. That happens again this weekend and Ram's fans will have deja vu.

NFL Week 10 Predictions Continued…

Ravens (-7) at Patriots

Pick: Ravens -7

Score: Ravens 27 – Patriots 6

Analysis: The Patriots are terrible. They almost just lost to the Jets on Monday Night Football. This is a get right game for the Ravens offense. The Ravens defense will smother Cam and the Patriots won't be able to move the ball all game. The Patriots just let Joe Flacco have a field day on them and he certainly is no Lamar Jackson. If you don't believe me, try envisioning Flacco doing this to opposing defenders. Ravens by a million.

Vikings (-2.5) at Bears

Pick: Vikings -2.5

Score: Vikings 21 – Bears 17

Analysis: The Bears are terrible. If it wasn't for a good defense, this team would have roughly 2-3 wins. Lucky for them, they are 5-4 and reeling. On the other hand, the Vikings are coming off their two most impressive games. Dalvin Cook has carried this team the past two weeks, and more importantly, he has kept the ball out of Kirk Cousins' hands. While the Bears will sell out to stop the run this week, Kirk Cousins should be able to make the throws necessary to his talent wide receivers in Thielen and Jefferson. The Vikings will win this low scoring affair.

Those are my predictions for NFL Week 10. Good luck if you are betting on any of the games. Let's make some money!
